Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Once a package is handed to the courier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you. Please check your tracking information for delivery updates.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.
However, all sales and transactions are solely between you and Inky Notes. Shopify is not responsible for any purchases, refunds, or issues arising from your transactions with us.
