Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines. All orders are shipped from Luzon.
What are your payment options?
Bank Transfer (Manual):

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on the courier and your location:
J&T Express
- To NCR: 1–5 days
- To Luzon (outside NCR): 1-5 days
- To Visayas: 3-7 days
- To Mindanao: 3-7 days
LBC Express
- To NCR: 1-2 days
- To Luzon (outside NCR): 1-2 days
- To Visayas: 2-5 days
- To Mindanao: 3-6 days
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Weather, traffic, or operational issues may affect delivery.
When do you ship orders?
Orders are shipped during weekends. Cut-off for paid orders is every Friday at 12:00 noon.
We sometimes ship on weekdays when running errands, but all orders are guaranteed to be shipped within two weekends from the order date.
Shipping may be delayed due to typhoons, floods, or other severe weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding during such events.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly via the courier’s tracking system.
Do you have on going promos?
You may view our Sale! collections for on going product discounts or check some of our active discount codes.
Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately, we only sell thru the webshop right now.
What is your return and refund policy?
We have a 15-day return policy for items in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging. Orders are verified through our website as proof of purchase.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within the Philippines only.
