Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll need to provide your order number or proof of purchase through our website.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
